Spawned in Brisbane in late 2009, progressive tech-metal bastards IRONHIDE will be unleashing an unhinged affair of live mayhem on audiences at The Zoo. With 6 years experience constantly touring Australia, AS SILENCE BREAKS have proven to be an unstoppable force in the heavy music scene. A solid mix of Heavy Metal, Melodic Death Metal and Thrash Metal, AS SILENCE BREAKS will be getting things started at the sold out Sydney show at the Annandale before heading off to the USA to tour the West Coast and record their third album.
On paper it shouldn’t work: bone-rattling rock riffs dropping to authentic latin; or throwing dub, metal, and jazz into a melting pot to produce a coherent and engaging 4 min song. But TWELVE FOOT NINJA make it work… and they do it exceptionally well. Witness their genius come to light, as the Melbourne four-piece prove why they are one of Australia’s tightest and most revered live acts at The Hi-Fi on Sunday 31 July.
